Georgia only ever had one thing on her mind… “Can we go to the barn?”

Although Georgia did not start entering the competition ring until she was six, all she ever wanted was to be around the animals. With a mother who understood what it takes to build a strong athlete being that she herself was an international gymnast, Clare made sure Georgia was never handed the  “perfect” pony but instead had to learn how to ride the projects. With a lot of blood, sweat, and yes tears Georgia learned to ride the off the track Thoroughbreds, naughty warmbloods, and all the youngsters. After years of juggling Pony Club, 4-H, jumping and dressage Georgia decided that the dressage was her true calling.

In 2009, Georgia began working towards the North American Junior Young Rider Championships (NAJYRC) held in Kentucky and eventually made the US Region 9 Team in 2012. Later that year, Georgia decided to make the move to Kentucky to pursue her dreams of becoming an elite dressage trainer under Kathy Priest. With the need to change/upgrade the training program, Georgia made the move to Wellington, FL full time in 2014.  While in Wellington, Georgia received the opportunity to work for and with Olympian, Tina Konyot.

After working for Tina, in 2016 Georgia created GW Dressage located in Wellington, FL.  Her full service dressage barn offers sales and customized training programs from Training through Grand Prix in Wellington, FL. Her clients note her professionalism, positive attitude, love for the animals and exceptional attention to detail. In addition to her heavy competition and training schedule, Georgia still finds time to participate regularly in clinics and lessons from respected international trainers such as Allison Brock, Yvonne Losos De Muniz, Kathy Priest, Tina Konyot, Gunther Zach, and Olivia LaGoy-Weltz.
